Charming Edwardian Home with Open Views and a Private Garden
Summary:
Set in an elevated spot with countryside views, this well-presented Edwardian property offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lovely outdoor space to enjoy. It’s a short walk to the village centre and ideal for anyone looking for character and comfort.
From the Agent’s Perspective
This is a lovely home in a great position. The south-facing bay window in the living room fills the space with natural light and frames the open view perfectly. The ground floor has a spacious feel, with the dining room flowing nicely into the kitchen, which is fitted with a full range of cabinets and a range cooker. There’s a rear lobby leading to the downstairs bathroom and a useful under-stairs cupboard too. Upstairs, the main bedroom enjoys the same open outlook and comes with an en-suite. There are two more bedrooms – one has a walk-in wardrobe – making this a practical choice for families or those working from home. Outside, the garden has been well cared for and feels very private, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The location is also excellent – just a short walk into the village and close to countryside walks.
From the Owner’s Perspective
We’ve loved living here – the views from the front are beautiful, and it’s so peaceful sitting in the garden. Everything is within easy reach – the village has everything you need and we often pop out for a coffee or a walk in the fields. The house has a really homely feel, and the layout works well for everyday life. We’ll be sad to leave, but it’s time for our next step.
