We have loved being in this home since we bought it in 2018.

We love that you can turn left out of the house and head towards shops and amenities, or turn right and head into quiet countryside.

The kitchen/diner has always been the centre of the home for us, hosting summer bbq’s, winter dinner parties and lots of celebrations with family and friends. With four double bedrooms we love how much space it gives us!

The open spaces on our doorstep have been great for walking and cycling through the years - as are the local pubs! We love the George & Dragon in Swallowfield, the Elm Tree at Beech Hill and the Siren Craft Brewery in Finchampstead.

We love the location, Reading town centre is less than 15 minutes drive, easy access to London on the train from Mortimer, and Heathrow is a 35 minute drive.

We know that the new owners of Langford Avenue will enjoy this home as much as we have!
