The property offers ample and flexible accommodation making it perfect for families, as a second-home or an investment property. Since the current owners purchased the property ten years ago, significant renovations have been undertaken which include an extension. The property is accessed through gates and up a brick driveway. The gardens are absolutely fabulous and wrap around the entire property. There is a one bedroom annexe making the property - perfect for visitors.
Ground Floor - Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hallway leading to the kitchen on your right and your main generous living space on your left, with a handy bathroom straight ahead. The living area is a goodly sized area flooded with natural light due to its large patio window-doors. From the living area a door opens on the south-facing part of the property into a bright and sizeable living room (which is a recent extension on the property) with bifold dual-aspect doors onto the patio. A bedroom can be access from the living room to the rear of the property. The kitchen offers ample storage with a dining room section immediately adjacent. A bedroom/office is accessed from the kitchen/dining room, with a further utility room which leads to your garage.
First Floor - A generous staircase leads to two double-bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bedrooms benefit from eve storage as well as in built cupboards and wardrobes. The south-facing coastal views from the first floor are fabulous.
Annexe - From the driveway / parking, a flight of external stairs leads to a well-appointed bedroom and bathroom.
