    Planning application ref. D3/727/90 was refused for the development of the site to two dwellings on the 17th April 1991.
    Planning application ref. D3/1070/88 granted outline planning permission for one dwelling at the site on the 16th March 1989. The response below is based on the proposed development of the site for two dwellings.
