This bright and beautifully presented two-bedroom flat is ideally located just moments from Gipsy Hill Station, offering fast and direct links into central London. Perfect for commuters and city professionals.
Set within a well-maintained purpose-built block, the property is turn-key ready with a clean, modern interior and a practical layout. The semi open-plan kitchen flows into a light-filled living area, creating a sociable and stylish space to relax or entertain. Both bedrooms are well-proportioned, and the entire flat has been kept in excellent condition, requiring no work before moving in.
Residents can also enjoy access to a quiet communal garden, perfect for summer evenings or weekend downtime.

Note from the seller:
We bought this flat 17 years ago and it has truly been a wonderful home to us. We have started to grow our family and the only reason we are moving is to get more space. The people who live in the building have become like part of the family, especially those who live on our floor. The proximity to Gipsy Hill station has resulted in my record (i’ve overslept) sprint from flat to train in 90 seconds - although I would normally advise a leisurely 5 minutes walk. 7 minute walk to the triangle, we often have a lovely meal followed by a movie at Everyman cinema or a Sunday dinner at the pub overlooking the breathtaking views of the city. Not to mention our summer cookouts we host in the communal garden.
We have experienced this flat as young first time buyers, bright eyed entering London, to parents now looking to upsize, and enjoyed every minute making it our home (it helps that my wife is an interior designer and transformed the space into a cozy nest to relax and unwind).
Whoever experiences it next, I am sure you too will make equally as wonderful memories as we have.
