Living in The Parks, Bracknell really does offer the best of both worlds — there’s plenty of green space for peaceful walks, dog outings, or letting the kids burn off energy at the playground, while being just a short stroll from Bracknell town centre for a coffee, a meal, or a bit of shopping. The neighbourhood has a warm, friendly atmosphere where people greet each other, children can ride their bikes safely, and it’s easy to stop for a chat at the park. Having lived here for nearly 20 years, I can honestly say it’s the strong sense of community that makes The Parks feel so special. Over the years, i’ve seen it grow into a welcoming, supportive place where neighbours look out for one another. The community centre plays a big part in that — it’s a real focal point, offering fitness classes, kids’ activities and seasonal events that bring everyone together. It’s a neighbourhood where people take the time to connect, help one another, and make you feel like you truly belong.

Back in the lovely Parks development where we got this three/four bedroom semi detached home. We like these homes as it just offer so much versatility, this one especially with three bathrooms so there should be no arguments. We have also seen some homes of these designs create a larger fourth bedroom on the top floor as the current master is huge! Let's not forget about the bar in the garden, if you like entertaining this maybe the home for you!

The Parks development is always popular thanks to its proximity to Bracknell Town Centre, which is under a mile away with walkways cutting you through to the station in around 10/15 minutes, as well as the abundance of green space that it's been built within. Bracknell Leisure Centre is only half a mile round the corner and there are plenty of well regarded schools close by as well. Bus routes are well connected within The Parks, and access to both M3 & M4 motorway networks is within a few minutes by car as well.
