Our three bedroom houses are set within a quiet and popular enclave, close to the Crystal Palace triangle.
Set amongst the existing community on Ravensdale Gardens and Rushden Close, these modern brick homes with their distinctive picture windows are a handsome addition to the area. There are two and three storey configurations, and the finishes are high quality, with timber flooring throughout the living areas. The gardens are perfect for relaxing in, while the neighbourhood offers plenty of shared green spaces.
Upper Norwood is unique with its far reaching views to the North and South. Crystal Palace close by, offering independent shops and cafes, a strong community spirit and plenty of open spaces to explore. You are well connected with excellent transport links into Central London and Croydon, and there’s a good selection of primary and secondary schools close by.
The houses are set within an existing enclave of family homes. Arranged in rows of three, they all have feature frame windows, sheltered entrances, and terraced gardens. Kitchen / living rooms are open plan, with our trademark timber parquet flooring and matt grey kitchen units with oak handles. Each house has three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a downstairs cloakroom. We’re creating a landscaped play area to give local children a place to explore and play safely, and there’s on-street car parking, including several electric car charging points.
Kitchens are matt grey, with oak handles, grey Silestone worktops, open shelving and Bosch appliances.
Bathrooms are laid back white with herringbone tiling, timber shelving and a classic rainfall shower head.
