Quality leisure time is easy to find in Aylesbury. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The immediate area will include three new parks, new tennis courts, pitches, children's playground and allotments. The Buckinghamshire countryside surrounds the town, including the Chiltern Hills to the south, with numerous paths to enjoy walks and this is a popular area with cyclists.

Education

Both Heathrow and Luton Airports are less than an hour's drive, with international connections and low cost flights readily accessible.

As part of the Kingsbrook master plan, community facilities, including a medical centre and pharmacy are planned. Stoke Mandeville Hospital is in the town offering A&E and a range of services.

Directions

A41 northbound, at the roundabout just outside of Aylesbury take the 2nd exit to continue on the A41 to Aylesbury. At the second set of traffic lights turn right onto Broughton Lane, follow the road until you see the sales office.
