Quality leisure time is easy to find in Aylesbury. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. The immediate area will include three new parks, new tennis courts, pitches, children’s playground and allotments. The Buckinghamshire countryside surrounds the town, including the Chiltern Hills to the south, with numerous paths to enjoy walks and this is a popular area with cyclists.

Aylesbury has some of the county's most desirable good and outstanding-rated schools including two Grammar Schools alongside a wide range of primary and other secondary options. There are also several independent schools in the area.

You’ll have national chains including House of Fraser, Marks & Spencer, Top Shop and Next as well as a range of local independent retailers locally. There are two indoor centres in the town and an out of town facility. There are supermarkets from Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrison’s, Aldi and Asda and of course, convenience shops. Bicester village is around a 30 minute drive to the north west.

Commuting to the central London is easy with services to London Marylebone with trains taking around 55 minutes. The nearby A41 main road connects with the M25 to the south and the M40 to the north for connections across the South East and the Midlands. Both Heathrow and Luton Airports are less than an hour’s drive, with international connections and low cost flights readily accessible.

As part of the Kingsbrook master plan, community facilities, including a medical centre and pharmacy are planned. Stoke Mandeville Hospital is in the town offering A&E and a range of services.
