The development is Subject to Planning Approval. A new McCarthy & Stone Retirement Living development is subject to planning in Chorley. Construction of the development is anticipated to begin in spring 2018, with reservations being taken from autumn 2018. We anticipate welcoming our first homeowners in spring 2019.
