  • Just over 3 miles to the city centre
  • Near to stunning Somerset countryside
  • Excellent transport links
  • Wide range of schools nearby
  • Local amenities and leisure facilities close to hand

Imperial Park is located to the south-west of Bristol, meaning everything you need is easily accessible. You can be in the city's heart within 15 minutes, yet far enough from the bustle to enjoy a more tranquil position, close to Somerset's beautiful rolling countryside.

A city as much renowned for its music culture as its maritime history, Bristol is a cosmopolitan place to live. Close links with Bath, London, Wales and Cornwall give the city its own special identity – no wonder it's one of the UK's hot spots in which to live and enjoy life to the maximum.

There are many leisure options within easy reach of Imperial Park, including Bristol City football club, a cinema, Knowle Golf Club and a Hengrove Leisure Park. For all of your everyday shopping needs there's a Lidl and Asda close by and Cabot Circus in the city centre, with its vast array of shops and eateries. For even more choice, Cribbs Causeway is an out-of-town mall to the north of Bristol boasting a huge choice of shops, eateries and a retail park.

Good choice of local schooling

With Crox Bottom public open space on your doorstep and a wide range of schools nearby, Imperial Park is also suited to families. Children of all ages are well catered for with local schools including Headley Park Primary School, Merchants Academy, Greenfield Academy Primary, Bridge Learning Primary and Bedmister Down School.

Close enough to enjoy the best of city living, yet ideal if you prefer a quieter pace of life, Imperial Park could be just what you're looking for.
