Latest UK property portal rankings show strong growth for Zoopla.co.uk

Property portal Zoopla.co.uk, which launched just over one year ago and recently introduced its transformational pay-for-performance agent listings model has seen its website traffic rise a further 8.43 per cent in the past month, according to the latest independent performance results from Nielsen and comScore.
Whilst the top ten UK property portals saw overall unique visitors fall 7.15 per cent in February compared to January, only three of the portals grew their traffic, with the best performers being Zoopla.co.uk and HomesonView.co.uk. Fish4Homes and The Trinity Mirror Network saw the biggest audience declines over the past month.
