Zoopla.co.uk to be main sponsor at 2010 Lettings Live
20th Apr 2010
Zoopla.co.uk will be the headline sponsor at this year's 2010 Lettings LIVE - a day of world class seminars from some of the leading industry speakers which takes place on June 15th at the QE2 conference centre in London.
The event, which is organised by Estate Agency Events, will focus on ideas and insights to help lettings and property management businesses profitably grow and will end with The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards - the first awards event dedicated to Lettings and Property Management - recognising the importance of this industry sector.
The seminars will cover changes in legislation, technology and consumer behaviour which all play their part in forcing the lettings industry to adapt and to innovate. Lettings LIVE exists to provide knowledge and understanding to ensure lettings businesses can keep pace with industry change and help businesses keep up with the competition.
Zoopla.co.uk, which was recently named by Nielsen as the second most-visited property website in the UK, has emerged over the last year to become a major force in the portal space. Launched only 2 years ago, through record organic growth and a handful of key acquisitions, Zoopla.co.uk has overtaken rivals Primelocation and Findaproperty in terms of audience size as well as providing its member letting agents exposure on some of the UK's leading websites including MSN, Yahoo, Guardian, Tiscali and many more.
Peter Knight, Founder of Estate Agency Events commented: "We are pleased to announce Zoopla.co.uk as the headline sponsor of the Lettings LIVE event which sits alongside the first ever dedicated Letting Agency of The Year Awards. The seminars which were a complete sell out at the 2009 event will now benefit from having the backing of one of our industries leading technology driven businesses that has thrived since launching only two years ago. Zoopla.co.uk will be assisting us in creating a learning environment in which agents can truly find ways to improve their businesses.
Nick Leeming, Commercial Director, Zoopla.co.uk said, "We're delighted to be sponsoring this forward-thinking industry event. Zoopla.co.uk continues to lead innovation in the property portal space and the 2010 Lettings LIVE event offers lettings agents a valuable opportunity to learn about the latest innovations, trends and information taking place in their market."
