Zoopla appoints award-winning Good Relations as its retained PR agency
17th March 2021
Zoopla, the UK’s most comprehensive property destination, has appointed Good Relations as its new retained PR agency after a competitive pitch process. The award-winning agency will support Zoopla’s three-strong in-house communications team across an expanded brief including consumer and corporate comms.
The Good Relations team, led by Executive Director Jodie Simpson, will be working closely with Zoopla’s Head of Communications, Tom Parker, and the company’s wider Marketing team as Zoopla looks to drive consumer awareness and preference under its brand positioning of “We know what a home is really worth”.
Commenting on the appointment, Tom Parker, Head of Communications at Zoopla said:
"We’re delighted to appoint Good Relations to support the Zoopla in-house team and are looking forward to the new skills, insight, energy and expertise they will bring. They’ve impressed us with their integrated approach to comms and we’ve no doubt they will complement our existing strong roster of agencies we use across our Marketing division.
We believe Zoopla has a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shake up the entire property sector. Driving increased awareness and preference is vital to us reaching our goals and we believe in Good Relations we have the perfect partner to do that.”
Jodie Simpson, Executive Director in the Good Relations Group comments:
"We’re so excited about our new relationship with Zoopla and incredibly proud to have them in our consumer portfolio. It’s a fast moving, forward thinking, innovative brand that chimes perfectly with our way of working and our agency ethos. We feel very at home in delivering integrated campaigns, and we’ve fused our best in class property, consumer, creative and broadcast experience to assemble a team that will deliver on our promise; to deliver multi-channel ideas, ingrained in clever creative that will drive traffic and get people talking about property”.
Good Relations will join Zoopla’s award-winning roster of agencies including creative lead agency Lucky Generals, media planning agency Essence and social media agency Byte. The agencies will work together to support Zoopla as it builds upon its brand positioning of ‘We know what a home is really worth’, and its recently announced vision to expand beyond a portal to an ecosystem.

What really matters is how it makes you feel.
We know what a home is really worth.
So let us help you find yours.
