Zoopla back on national TV and radio
This week sees the return of property portal Zoopla.co.uk to the small screen. The latest campaign not only includes national TV but also a significant national radio campaign as well as the continued presence of hundreds of Zoopla-branded taxis across the capital.
Following the same theme as previous campaigns, the marketing is focussed on ‘smarter property search’ and the tools that Zoopla provides to help consumers both find their next home and make better-informed property decisions.
The campaigns to date have clearly worked well as Zoopla continues to grow its market share and audience faster than any other property portal in the UK. And agents advertising on Zoopla continue to benefit from the significant marketing investment being put behind the Zoopla brand that serves to deliver a wider audience and more enquiries for their properties.
This latest advertising investment from Zoopla comes just weeks after The Office of Fair Trading (OFT) cleared its proposed merger with Digital Property Group which is expected to complete within the next few weeks.
Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla.co.uk said:“Our ongoing significant investment in marketing reflects our desire to build Zoopla into a household brand and to continue to deliver great performance and value for our agent and developer members. We spend as much time as possible thinking about how we can exceed our members’ expectations and will continue to invest to ensure that we remain one of their most valued marketing partners.”

About Zoopla
Hello. We're Zoopla. A property website and app.
We know you're not just looking for a place to live. You're looking for a home.
Yeah, we've got over a million properties for you to browse.
Tools that let you filter them in all kinds of clever ways.
And reliable house price estimates, so you can be sure you aren't paying over the odds.
But we know you're looking for more than that.
Because that first flat won't just be a 'great investment opportunity'.
It'll be the feeling of starting out on your own.
That extra bedroom won't just mean another £20K on the re-sale price, it'll mean having your sister over to stay.
And that bungalow won't just be a way to release some equity, it will be a chance to spend more time with the grandkids.
We know that searching for a home is about more than just checking its price, location and features (important as all those things are).
What really matters is how it makes you feel.
We know what a home is really worth.
So let us help you find yours.
