Zoopla launches first ever ‘Investor Zooploma’, with 25,000 sign ups in first week
Designed to guide both new and experienced buy-to-let landlords and investors, the Zooploma delivers free expert advice and helpful case studies
Comprising a two week programme, subscribers receive five welcome emails and an ongoing monthly market update
The Investor Zooploma follows the successful launch of the First-Time buyer, Rental and Homemover Zooplomas earlier in the year
Zoopla, the UK’s leading property destination, has launched a brand new Zooploma designed to support and empower buy-to-let landlords and investors.
The personalised email programme provides free property guides, expert advice, and inspirational stories to Zoopla’s landlord and investor audiences, and has attracted 25,000 subscribers since launch, just over a week ago.
The ‘Investor Zooploma’ is the fourth launch in the franchise and follows the successful launches of the First-Time buyer and Rental Zooplomas earlier in the year, and the Homemover Zooploma back in August..
A series of easy to digest emails, delivered over a two week period from the point of sign-up, as well as a monthly update, the Zooploma helps subscribers to stay on top of the rental market, ensuring that they are able to make the most from their property investments.
Aspiring investors can sign-up to receive their Zooploma at https://www.zoopla.co.uk/zooploma
Powered by a breadth of topics relevant to landlords and investors, the Investor Zooploma covers::
Best practice
Top tips to be a model landlord
Buy-to-let investor hotspots
The legalities of the investor market
The Zooploma guides also give well-known brands the opportunity to advertise relevant products for each specific audience, such as mortgage calculators or tools to access credit score.
Commenting on the launch of Zooploma, Adam Knight, Head of CRM at Zoopla, said: “Buy-to-let investors are a key audience to us at Zoopla, which is why we have invested in developing a tailored Zooploma designed to support them, and as a result, support agents, too. The world of an investor can be a complex one, with considerations to be taken on topics such as financial liabilities and also the best locations to invest. We hope the Zooploma will support them on their investment journey, and perhaps even make the most of the stamp duty holiday until the end of March 2021.”

About Zoopla
Hello. We're Zoopla. A property website and app.
We know you're not just looking for a place to live. You're looking for a home.
Yeah, we've got over a million properties for you to browse.
Tools that let you filter them in all kinds of clever ways.
And reliable house price estimates, so you can be sure you aren't paying over the odds.
But we know you're looking for more than that.
Because that first flat won't just be a 'great investment opportunity'.
It'll be the feeling of starting out on your own.
That extra bedroom won't just mean another £20K on the re-sale price, it'll mean having your sister over to stay.
And that bungalow won't just be a way to release some equity, it will be a chance to spend more time with the grandkids.
We know that searching for a home is about more than just checking its price, location and features (important as all those things are).
What really matters is how it makes you feel.
We know what a home is really worth.
So let us help you find yours.
