Zoopla launches new marketing campaign to celebrate local agents in property portal first

UNDER EMBARGO UNTIL 00.01 MONDAY 21ST OCTOBER, LONDON: Zoopla, one of the UK’s leading property websites has launched a new local marketing campaign to celebrate top local agents. The featured agents were nominated by real buyers and sellers in their local communities. This type of advertising campaign is a first for UK property portals. 

The campaign will run in the North West and West Midlands, where two real agents will see their name and branch feature on local billboards in areas such as Sefton and Warwick as they take the leading roles in Zoopla’s advertising. The campaign will also be amplified across other marketing channels including local press titles including The Liverpool Echo, Coventry Telegraph and Metro West Midlands, as well as social media channels. 

Featuring in the campaign are Kate Gostelow, Sales Director at North Wall Property, Merseyside and Gary Thompson, Director at Charles Rose, Warwickshire. They were chosen from hundreds of nominations from local buyers and sellers, with both Kate and Gary selected as two agents who go the extra mile for their clients. 

The campaign is the latest in a series of Zoopla advertising investments that prompt consumers to find agents through Zoopla, following on from local radio ads, taxi wraps and Zoopla’s recently announced partnership with the English Cricket Board. 

Zoopla will also be looking to expand the campaign to other regions across the UK in 2025 and beyond.
