Zoopla Property Group completes integration onto single platform

1st October 2012

…creating an unrivalled mega-portal for UK agents and developers.

Zoopla Property Group, the mega-portal network created from the merger of Zoopla and Digital Property Group, has today completed the integration of all of its brands - Zoopla.co.uk, Findaproperty.com and PrimeLocation.com – and partnerships onto a single technology platform designed to deliver more features and services to its users and advertising members.

Hot on the heels of reporting record traffic to its websites and record enquiries to its members over the past few weeks, Zoopla Property Group is now operating as a single entity having combined the best features and services from each of its websites onto one platform and is now in an unrivalled position in the UK online property market in terms of audience size.

Agents will benefit from the integration of these platforms in a variety of ways, including being able to upload to a single platform and enjoying more enquiries, more exposure, more features, more investment and more partnerships. In addition to over 30 million direct visits in September to its websites, Zoopla Property Group now exclusively powers an impressive list of partner sites including The Times, The Telegraph, The Independent, The Sun, Evening Standard, Homes & Property, Homes.24, Globrix, This is, AOL, MSN and many more.

The group recently announced new multi-million pound marketing campaigns for both its Zoopla.co.uk and PrimeLocation.com brands as it invests heavily in growing its market share and delivering even greater numbers of applicant, vendor and landlord enquiries to its members.

Alex Chesterman, Founder & CEO of Zoopla Property Group said, “Following our merger at the beginning of the summer, we have been working very hard to consolidate all of our brands and partnerships onto a single technology platform in order to deliver the benefits to our users and members. We have taken the best-in-class features and tools we offer to our users and members and combined these in order to ensure that we are the most useful online resource for property consumers and most effective marketing partner for property advertisers in the UK.”
