Zoopla ranked again as UK's second most visited property website

The latest data from independent website monitoring firm, Nielsen, shows that the number of visitors to Zoopla.co.uk grew faster than any of the other leading UK property portals in March and again placed Zoopla as the second most-visited property website in the UK.
The figures reveal that Rightmove continued to lead the market with 3.62 million unique visitors (UVs) in March, up 4.4% year-on-year. Zoopla had the second-largest audience in March with 2.3 million UVs, up an impressive 26.7% from one year ago. FindaProperty came in third at 2.16 million UVs and Primelocation fourth with just over 900,000 UVs in March.
All of the leading UK property portals saw their user audiences grow in March compared to February, with Zoopla.co.uk showing by far the strongest month-on-month growth at 23% compared to the overall online property sector which showed growth of only 6% month-on-month.

March was a good month for online property search activity with house hunters clearly taking advantage of the early summer to start their search.
