Zoopla to host Estate Agent Market Update
Zoopla has announced it’s hosting its latest Estate Agent Market Update on Tuesday, the 3rd of October to discuss the market outlook for the remainder of 2023.
Hosted by Zoopla’s Executive Director of Research, Richard Donnell and Nikki Cole, Director of National Sales - the webinar is a must-attend for all agents thinking about how they can succeed in 2023 and beyond.
Topics that will be covered in the webinar include an updated outlook on what’s next for the property market, sales volume vs house prices and affordability, as well as where agents should focus to succeed in the current market.
Commenting on the webinar, Nikki Cole, Director of National Sales at Zoopla said: “We’re seeing some signs of optimism in the property market with demand improving across all regions in the UK for the first time since the Spring. However, buyers continue to remain cautious and many are waiting for better value for money and improved affordability from lower house prices or further falls in mortgage rates before returning to the market. We’ll be discussing how the best way for agents to manage these market conditions, and much more, in tomorrow’s webinar.”
The webinar will take place on Tuesday the 3rd of October at 10:30am and agents interested in attending can sign up here.
