Following the success of its first TV advertising campaigns late last year and in January, have launched a new national campaign – its biggest to date – as it continues to grow its brand awareness and take market share from its rivals.

This latest TV advertising campaign from Zoopla will include a number of new adverts which build on the theme of the previous ads and highlight key features of the service. The seven-figure campaign is expected to further increase traffic to and deliver even greater leads and exposure for its member estate agents and developers.

The multi-channel TV campaign will include prime-time slots across ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and the Sky digital channels. Zoopla will also be advertising extensively on radio for the first time over the coming weeks as part of its strategy to increase awareness across multiple media channels. has been catching up with its longer-established competitors fast, with both comScore and Nielsen recently ranking it as the second most-visited property website in the UK. The data also shows just how far and fast Zoopla has come, with comScore showing year-on-year audience growth of 54.5%, versus only 9.6% for Rightmove and negative growth of -3.9% and -2.5% respectively for each of Findaproperty and Primelocation.
