Teignbridge District Council invites tenders from parties interested in entering into a 6-year lease to occupy the unit.

The property is situated on Greenhill Industrial Estate within approximately ½ a mile from Kingsteignton and a 1 mile of Newton Abbot Town Centre. Lease Terms

• A brief business plan, including your rental offer, details of any market research undertaken.
• Trade or other references;

A designated parking space will not be provided but Tenant will have the right to pack with that of the other units within the Estate compound.

The Licensee shall maintain a Public Liability Indemnity insurance policy to the value of not less than £5,000,000 for any one claim. The Council reserves the right to vary this figure from time to time as and when deemed necessary.

The Unit has currently rateable value is £7,500 (1st April 2017 to Present).
