The house itself is a large, detached property that has been fully refurbished inside to a high standard.
The communal living areas are almost 30sqm and include; a brand new fully-equipped kitchen, utility area with coin operated machines, lounge area with TV, dining area, a dedicated work space and downstairs w/c.
There is also a good sized communal garden, with bike storage and patio area.
The communal areas are all maintained weekly- keeping that clean and fresh feel throughout.

The room has a double bed with mattress, double wardrobe, 4 chest of drawers, bedside table. There are cat 5 internet, usb and TV ports dotted around the room for your ease. This room also has a modern ensuite shower room.

Due to the nature of the property, we cannot accept smokers, pets, children or couples.
