Description

Forming part of a beautiful property; dated in the late 1800's, our cosy one-bedroom holiday apartment has a pretty garden at the front and views across the town. Recently renovated, it is ideal for a family, or couples looking to get away and enjoy the idyllic Isle of Wight. Enter the apartment through a small courtyard at the rear. The hallway leads into the welcoming living room with a large corner sofa (pulls out into a large double comfy sofa bed) and dining table. Relax in front of the HD TV with free Netflix subscription. The small but practical kitchen has a hob, oven and grill, microwave, kettle, and toaster and is fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses, and crockery, and the bedroom, there is the option of one king size bed or two singles. There is also a pull out guest bed which is ideal for children. There is cupboard space to hang your clothes and a large dressing table with hairdryer provided. The bathroom has a newly fitted power shower over the bath, and a heated towel rail to warm your towels after your shower! Fluffy towels and fresh linen are provided for your stay, and a welcome pack included tea, coffee, milk and biscuits for that well earned cuppa after your journey.
Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. Self check in via a key box on the outside of the building.
Other things to note
The Nook is situated at the top of Spring Hill. This allows perfect views out to sea, however it does mean you need to climb back up this hill to get home from town.On street parking is available nearby on St Boniface Road, or in the town centre car park at the bottom of Spring Hill. The tourist car parking pass is worth buying if you wish to park in the car parks. For a reasonable amount you can then use all council car parks on the whole island.
