Self employed guarantors must have one years worth of accounts and can be verified using an accountants reference or their SA302 form from hmrc.

Tenants and guarantors will have 48 hours to fill in an online referencing form and then 14 days from that point to complete the referencing with a successful outcome. All payments to Q Estate Agents must be paid by the lead tenant on behalf of the whole group.
