(Screen share with extra photos and video and the floor plan is shown where possible) This is a full and thorough presentation, and most people are comfortable with proceeding right away to save time, money and hassle. Our service is Quick, Efficient and Friendly.
We will save you time and money in the whole letting process. We can have you all signed up on the zoom call if you choose your room and want to secure it before someone else does. Only one week deposit is required to take it off the market. I.e: Room £650 x12 = £7800 divided by 52 weeks = £150.

Step 4: Register with Goodlord website from our email for the contract signing, payment and document upload.

Step 6: Check-in self-access with key code. All done safely and virtually.
