This is only charged where professional cleaning is necessary, following checkout, to return the Property to the same condition as at the start of the Tenancy and Tenants have already been given the opportunity to conduct their own cleaning or employ cleaners to do the cleaning for them.
The checkout report will determine the condition of the property and will be compared with the condition described in the check-in report to assess whether further cleaning is required.

These will only apply where exiting of the property by the Tenant occurs outside the terms legally specified in the Tenancy Agreement

For finding replacement Tenant, drawing up new Tenancy Agreement, liaising with any remaining Tenants in this process, for additional work including the arranging of mid-term checkouts, part refund of deposits and other such work resulting from the premature exit from the property.
Rent due: In order to ensure that the Landlord does not incur financial losses, the exiting Tenant will continue to be responsible for their portion of the rent up to the point where a new tenancy begins.
