Situated in the sought after Thyme Avenue area of Whiteley, this tidy three bedroom house would make a lovely home for a professional couple or small family. The house is very close to the shopping centre, cinema and Meadowside playing fields and so is ideal for those looking for a property with everything on the doorstep. On entering the property you will find a hallway leading to the kitchen with fitted cabinets, oven, hob and spaces for a tall fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Also off the hallway is a cloakroom. The good sized sitting room is laid with a laminate floor and has sliding doors that open onto a patio area and beyond that an area laid to lawn. The garage has been professionally converted to make a second reception room which could be used as a study, family room or perhaps a guest bedroom. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom accessed from the landing and a further two bedrooms. The property is available just as soon as we can get the paperwork completed and is offered on an unfurnished basis. We regret that the landlord isn't accepting sharers here but they will consider a pet.
