It's a 7 minute walk into Leighton Buzzard Town Centre and adjacent to a local shopping area with fast food restaurants, convenience store, hairdresser, laundry and pub. There is an Aldi and a TescoExtra supermarket across the canal just 3 minutes' walk, open until midnight(10-4pm Sundays).

Neighbours: We are in a sensitive semi residential area and ask our guests to respect this after 11pm and if leaving for work early in the morning.

-Single yellow line restricts parking, Monday toFriday 8.30 - 5pm; this means parking is allowed on single yellow lines outside these hours subject to posted restrictions.
There is a small car park at the end of New Rd.next to Wing Rd. With two permit holder only designated bays at the end.
Visitor Parking Permits: Apply online in advance for each 24-hour permit (no paperwork involved) to park Mon-Fri only in the permit holder bays outside the apartment. This costs £1.20 per day or with our tenancy agreement you may apply for a residents parking permit.
