Once you have applied for a property and we have received your application forms and references, we'll then check you can afford the property and have a satisfactory credit score. We expect that rent and debt payments don't exceed 45% of your total income.

Credit referencing

We won't normally accept applicants with County Court Judgement (ccj) or Individual Voluntary Arrangement(iva), if you apply we will review each case individually. We don't accept guarantors.
Dps


The tenant will be required to pay one months rent in advance plus any additional rent for the remainder of the current month. This will be in addition to one month's rent as deposit, held with the dps. No Tenant Set Up Fees.
