We 38, currently back with mum since splitting from husband in April last year after being married 10 years (together 12 years) wanted to take some time to sort out getting divorced and needed the comfort of mum after the break up but feel ready to move now and start a fresh chapter.

Seeking own studio/bedsit sociable but prefe own company. Bills included please have own Netflix/Prime etc.

Work full time and can provide wage slips and contract of employment. We a non smoker, no pets, no children. We also have a enhanced dbs.

On the weekends visit nan for the day (currently in a care home in Boscombe, or visi great aunt in Devon (and will often stay away over night) so we won't be around all lot on the weekend.

During the week, we have friends in Fawley and our sister lives in Marchwood. So we am also out and about on the week nights after work. When We am home, we like to read, play board games, and like crafts. We're a quiet friendly person.

We happy to do a short 6 month contract to show you am trust worthy and then after the 6 months would like a longer contract.

We do have a few smaller items of furniture in storage which we would like to bring with our if possible please and have our own mattress at mums which we would also like to bring (but happy to use any bed base that might come with a property).

I do drive so parking is an advantage. On street is fine and if needed, I am happy to pay for a permit for the year.

Happy to provide id (passport/driving licence) and would request to see yours too. I am verified on Spare Room/Open Rent to show I am genuine.
