Our one double bedroom sixth floor apartment is in Morello - one of Croydon's most prestigious developments.
It is conveniently located moments away from East Croydon train station, which provides direct links to London Bridge (14 mins), London Victoria (17 mins), St. Pancras Int (29 mins), and Gatwick Airport (15 mins). The development benefits from an on-site concierge, resident's gym and a district heating system.
The development sits within an easy reach of Boxpark, and is a short walk to Croydon town centre with its vast array of shops, bars & restaurants. While everything is in walking distance and their are amazing public transport links, we rented out a car park space annually in the underground car park (as needed a car for work purposes).

Our flat is bright, airy and modern. We genuinely think it is one of the best flats in the development, and have had amazing feedback at previous viewings. This is for a number of reasons.
The flat has been kept really well over the years, as was our first family home. There is a large private roof terrace (extremely unusual, with the majority of flats in the development having balconies). We enjoyed far reaching views, particularly enjoying the afternoon sunshine, beautiful sunsets and even incredible views of the fireworks.
The flat has a huge hallway, which is really adaptable. We sometimes used it as a workspace, with a desk, and a huge bookshelf. Other times we used it as a more meditative space, and even an area to lay out an exercise mat and have a workout. There is also a generous utility cupboard.
There is a 14'2 x 13'9 dual aspect double bedroom, with large fitted wardrobe with fantastic views. Unexpectedly there is minimal sound given proximity to the station. The large bathroom suite feels really luxury, with a great shower and spacious bath, which is perfect for long soaks.
The 17'9 x 16'9 open plan kitchen/living room featuring contemporary fitted kitchen with integrated appliances was a great space to try out some cooking, with ample storage space split amongst modern fitted cupboards.
It really is an exceptionally presented and homely flat, and we really look forward to you seeing it! And hopefully moving in :)
