Shoreditch and Soul is all about rethinking city living—bringing together heart, body, mind, and soul in a way that feels fresh and connected. The space includes 16 shared apartments, 4 private loft-style homes, and The Sanctuary—a buzzing 10,000 square feet warehouse turned wellness and events hub. Tucked into the middle of Shoreditch, the apartments are built around a quiet central courtyard, with balconies and terraces that offer a peaceful escape from the city buzz.

Inside, everything’s been recently redone with warm terracotta tiles, oat-coloured floors, calming tones, and all the modern touches—while still keeping the charm of the original red brick walls.

Each villa includes several en-suite bedrooms, and every apartment comes fully furnished. The carpets are made from recycled plastic bottles and fishing nets, bringing sustainability into everyday comfort.

Each en-suite bathroom features a rain shower, sink, and toilet. The villas also have beautifully designed, fully equipped kitchens with dining areas—ideal for sharing meals while still having your own space when you need it.

At the heart of each villa is a lush courtyard filled with wildflowers and greenery, creating a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Soul is a 194 sqm double-height warehouse and integrated sound system for live events and large format workshops and classes.
The Sensorium is a 90 sqm spa with 360 degree audio spread across two rooms designed around contrasts of sun and the moon, fire and ice. Immersions move between a 45 sqm 60-90 degree sauna, cold mist and rain showers, and ice baths.
The Sanctuary also includes a fully-equipped co-work space, ethical concept store, nourishing plant-based cafe and non-alcoholic elixir bar.
