A spacious and furnished double room is available in our friendly, clean shared house in the Colliers Wood/South Wimbledon area. Room is being advertised by current tenant with agents permission. The room is approx 4m x 3.5m and has been refurbished after the last tenant moved out with new carpet and paint. It comes furnished with a double bed(bought new in November 2024), bed side table, shoe drawer, two standalone wardrobes, a desk, desk chair and standing fan.
The rent is £935 and that includes all bills. There's a bathroom on the first floor beside the room and a ground floor toilet shared with two other housemates (female housemate).

The house has a large living room(with a stocked drinks table) and a second room that has a desk and chair so can be used to work from home. The room also has a pull out bed if friends ever stay over.

There is a large kitchen with lots of storage space, two fridges, a washing machine and a dryer. We have a garden thats great for sitting out in this good weather and also has a line for drying clothes.

It's a 10min walk to Colliers Wood/South Wimbledon tube station and Haydons Road train station and about 15/20mins to Wimbledon station. The bus stop right outside the door which goes to Mitcham via Wimbledon and opposite direction towards Raynes Park. There is a small Sainsbury's less than a minute down the road from the house and a large sainsburys/ Aldi about 10/15mins walk away for bigger shops. Wimbledon Broadway is a 10min walk from the house which has a number of shops, restaurants, pubs, gyms etc.

We are all working professionals, age ranging from 26-30 . The house is made up of 2 males, 1 female. It would be nice to have a girl move in to balance the house but more than happy for guys to apply too.
