Planning to move abroad in September but we can negotiate a move date from now onwards as am able to secure alternative accommodation with friends.
Flatmate works hybrid in finance (2-3 times in the office), she is outgoing, fun, bubbly and a social person, she treats the shared space with care and respect as this has become our home and safe haven from busy London life. On her spare-time, she enjoys working out, travelling, playing paddle, gaming, Netflix and to relax and unwind with good food and wine.

Ideally, we're looking for a likeminded female individual who is considerate, respectful, clean and will treat the shared space like a home. “Okay to have a cat as a pet, but this must be agreed by landlord beforehand, we do not have pets though". No dogs or any other kind of pets, sorry!

Bills are not included and varies depending on the season and consumption, below is the breakdown for the amount for the entire household/month:

- Council Tax £151 (Band B)
- Hot water + heating around £25 (low season) we only used heating twice this year and the bill was around £50, the flat is double glazed and naturally warm all year around. The heating is underfloor on all rooms
- Electricity around £47 per month (around same amount every month
- Wi-Fi £35 (fixed rate)
- Water is billed at £127 every 6-month, next invoice is due on 15th August, which will be paid by the time you move in.

All bills mentioned above are to be split in half and you will each manage them individually. For example, pay, council, water and heating under account and you will need to register with the respective supplier for these to be transferred to you prior to moving in.

The deposit is 1 month rent, which will be paid as mine is secured with the agency until the end of lease and will be paid out when you move out. You can speak with the agency for more details and to confirm, have all the docs with proof of that as well.
