We're trying to look for someone who can replace and continue with tenancy which ends at march. Moving out of London to live closer to new workplace so l am looking for someone as soon as. The house is located in Plumstead, only a 7-8 minute walk from Plumstead Station and less than a minute walk to the bus stops.

The tenancy is a house share, your own bedroom and own toilet. Kitchen, living room and large garden are shared. You would be sharing with a mid-30 year old guy who has been living here for many years now. He is very respectful, always willing to work and is happy to hold family or friend meetings inside.

The house itself is very clean and tidy, always kept to a high standard. Smart TV is in the living room and a dining table for two located at the back of the living room. (see photos) Kitchen has a large gas hob and oven. Shared fridge however has plenty of space for one person.

Parking space comes with the house which is located around the back of the house that is on private property and is hidden from public view.
