My house is truly wonderful and I don't really wish to move out!

I have a spacious open plan living and dining room. The large modern kitchen (pleasure to cook in) looks out on to the beautiful garden. My elderly neighbours are a true pleasure to chat with. There is private parking to the rear.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has brand new built cupboards, that span from the ceiling - ceiling and wall - wall. They are also incredibly deep allowing a vast amount of storage - ideal for a couple (but ultra luxurious for one person). The rooms at the back are big enough for double beds with enough space for cupboards and bedside tables. They are decorated in a children's style, but even as an adult they feel very uplifting and zen. I use one of the bedrooms as a study, but there is also space in a nook downstairs for a large desk.

There is a large bathroom (pretty much a wet room) with a fantastic modern shower and bath. There's a tiny toilet upstairs for night-time convenience!

The location is extraordinary. Up my private driveway you can reach Brickfields Park in a few minutes. Down the hill there's the large Lidl and M&S (where you can get the number 5 bus into to town). A stone's throw away are Chelsea Road and Moorland Road.

I am seeking a couple, young family, or (very) mature/civilised students to move in for 12 months. While I will be busy nursing a newborn baby, I am only in Bristol in case there are any emergencies.
