We're looking for a responsible and quiet individual or couple to rent our one-bedroom flat in the South Norwood / Crystal Palace area (it's an 8min walk from Norwood Junction station).

This bright and sunny, generously sized flat is on the top floor of a converted Victorian house. It has a separate kitchen adjacent to the living room. The bedroom leads to a large eaves space that is great for storage, or yoga practice.

The neighbours are lovely and super friendly, and you'll have access to a massive shared garden also, which is home to a large willow tree.

The flat is a quick 8min walk to Norwood Junction station with easy transport links to central London. The non-stop fast train to London Bridge is 11min, and 20min to Gatwick Airport in the opposite direction. The station also serves the Overground to Highbury & Islington via New Cross and Whitechapel. There are some lovely shops, restaurants and cafes near the station and on the High St with Aldi and Tesco close by. A large park with a lake is around the corner.

We're a queer couple in the arts currently residing abroad for work. We're looking for a mature and responsible individual or couple to take care of our flat. While having the odd dinner with friends is totally fine, this is a quiet residential home, so crazy house parties are not an option.

The rent is £1,500pcm plus bills. The deposit is one month's rent, and will be held in a secure TDS account.
