We have a furnished first floor studio apartment available for rent immediately. The building is well maintained and looked after and the flat is refurbished to a high standard. The furniture includes a double pull down bed with a mattress and a mattress topper, chest of drawers, wardrobe, sofa, dining table and two chairs. Appliances include fridge, electric hob and a microwave oven.

All bills are included in the rental price except for electricity. Electricity usage is controlled by each individual flat (top-up key meter system) and comes to around £30 per month depending on the usage.

The other tenants who currently reside in the building are all working professionals who enjoy their peace and quiet. With this in mind, we can only accept professionals employed on a full-time basis. No students, sorry. Please note that we can accept small well-behaved pets.

Monthly rent is £925.00 and the deposit equates to 5 weeks' rent which comes to £1,067.30.
