Overall, the flat is far nicer than you would ever expect from an ex council building, and very well cared for. The block as a whole has been exceptionally maintained and has an excellent position just off Roman Road, with views over the victorian terraces, and London skyline below. Mile End tube is a 12 minute walk away, and Victoria park is only a 5 minute walk. Due to the modern windows and well insulated roof, the flat is very warm in winter, but the dual aspect means you can get a nice through breeze in the summer.

You would be renting directly from the landlords, who live nearby, and will always been keen to keep on top of maintenance to keep the flat in great shape. So you know if there are any problems you will be looked after. That said, due to practically everything in the flat being nearly new, there should be minimal need for any repairs.
