Located 15 minutes walk to Shoreditch and easy to walk or cycle into the City. Bicycle storage within enclosed yard at back of building. Easy commute to city on foot, by bicycle, bus or underground. Direct bus and trains into West End and short ride to Docklands.

Please note:

The building is situated in a conservation area. A small purpose built block of 5 flats, all managed by the same family owners / Landlord. Due to the building layout, to avoid distressing neighbours, the flat is not suitable for late-night parties, musicians who need to practice or pets. The majority of tenants living in the building have been residents for many years. The building owner is conscious of the need to ensure everyone is able to live as peacefully as possible.

The flat does not have it's own washing machine. There is a washroom with shared washing machine and spin dryer at the back of the building and space to park bicycles in a secure yard behind the building.
