A lovely 1 bedroom flat right in the heart of London Fields, Dalston and Hackney Central. Just by Wilton Way, the house is a first floor flat on Graham Road, so really good transport options.

With original wooden floors, an open plan sitting room/kitchen and a nice quiet back facing bedroom, it's a great place to live. It's not enormous, but it's cute. It probably suits one person better than two, but i've lived there as a couple and had two different couples as tenants over the years and it's worked well. The current tenant Sergey is returning to moving on so looking for a new tenant(s) who want to make it their home. The flat comes furnished, but we can chat about that if there's some bits you don't want to keep. The bed/sofa are harder for us to take out, but open to discussing things.
