There are some enticing incentives on offer from developers right now to help you along the way.

From mortgage contributions and deposit payments to free flooring and upgraded kitchens, let’s take a look at most attractive new-build home perks available across the UK.

1. The Perk: stamp duty paid and legal fees allowance
