Established in March 1988, we are one of the leading Independent Estate Agents in the area, we aim to provide a service with knowledge of the area that is second to none, covering North London to South Herts, specialising in Barnet, Potters Bar, Brookmans Park and surrounding villages.

We are a family run business and in fact the origins of the company go right back to 1963, and some will still remember Derek Ward & Partners. We are completely independent and therefore have no hidden alliances to any Banks, Building Societies or Insurance companies, as so often is the case with Estate Agents these days.
