The Church of Scotland is one of the largest organisations in Scotland. We have over 400,000 members. For properties which become surplus to requirements, the Law Department generally acts for the Church body concerned in connection with its sale. We sell properties from all over Scotland from Orkney right down to the borders from Churches, halls, residential properties and plots of land.
