As a landlord myself, I can help with any query a landlord or tenant may have. I understand the importance of making sure properties are up to the required legal standard. I will arrange for the gas safety certificate, EICR report and EPCs to be carried out before and during tenancies to ensure the safety of our tenants. I will log and track any maintenance issues relating to fully managed properties, making sure work is carried out quickly and to a high standard by our local tradespeople.

My job is to check that properties are being properly cared for and provide the landlord with peace of mind that their investment is in safe hands. As I visit each fully managed property every 6 months the visits also give the tenants the opportunity to bring to our attention any issues they may have. I can also arrange for properties to be thoroughly cleaned and ready for your new tenant to move into should it be required.
