Evans & Company has been established in the local area since 1992 and to this day the partners of the business are still ‘hands on ‘ensuring that all the sales staff adhere to the company’s very high service standards.

Our first office was opened in 1992 by Managing Partner, Jason Evans in Greenford and in 1994 Andrew Shoolbread joined the partnership, from our inception our aim was simply to offer clients the highest level of service and to achieve for them the best possible sale price.

In early 1995, Evans & Company Residential Lettings was opened providing landlords a premier service that included full management, rent collection and a find tenant only service.

In addition to Sales and Residential Lettings Evans & Company also offer Energy Assessment for Residential Houses, Land Assessment and a New Homes Department.
