Emma FarrowDirector, BSc (Hons) Building Surveying
Having founded Farrow & Farrow with husband Peter in 2013, Emma is a uniquely qualified expert with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Building Surveying, offering accurate property valuation based on her wealth of experience. Combined with an unsurpassed drive to see Rossendale’s property market and the Valley as a whole, develop and improve the area for all its residents. With a passion for New Homes and Development, Listed Buildings, Heritage and supporting the community in any way she can.
Co-founder of Farrow & Farrow, Peter has built the company hand-in-hand with wife Emma from the ground up, to now be Rossendale’s leading family owned and family run Estate Agent in 2017, as well as being the number 1 agent for lettings for the third year running. Instrumental in embracing new technologies, Peter has played a key role in implementing emerging methods of property marketing, such as LED advertising panels, drone and GoPro photography/ videography and social media integration.

Julie has been a respected local figure in the property industry for well over a decade now, calling on extensive experience to be able to deliver accurate and honest valuations throughout the Rossendale Valley. With experience in property both for sale and to let, Julie grew up in the Valley and has a real concern in its development, with whole area’s interests always in mind. Now living close to Rawtenstall centre, Julie has in depth knowledge of property trends both locally and nationally.

Kim is the newest member of our team and currently works part time in our Rawtenstall office. With a focus on booking appointments and obtaining feedback, Kim previously lived in Bacup but now adds personal local knowledge to the north of the valley, as she now lives in Reedsholme. With a genuine desire to keep both customers and clients ‘in the loop’, Kim is always looking to gather and deliver whatever information we can glean, to help bring buyers or tenants together with their ideal home.
