The model is simple yet effective. We are base as an online agent, and most of our communication is done via phone, email and messaging services. Our tenants love this method, because they are not restricted to office hours only and therefore can expect a faster response back. If we need to use premises from time to time, we are also affiliated with Marks & Mann estate agents. This also allows us to help our landlords more if a let is going to turn into a sale in the future and only temporary renting maybe required. Being an online agent also allows us to be cost effective with our pricing and of course most importantly value for money. I like to keep an open book policy with my clients, and any maintenance costs will never have a % added. Our management fee covers everything to look after your property, and you will only ever pay for additional works if required.
