Peter KingManaging Director
Peter has now worked in the industry for almost 20 years, leaving his role as Senior Manager in the corporate world in 2017 to branch out on his own, opening Kingsleigh in August of that year. A self-confessed workaholic, Peter also has his own property portfolio, and manages several units in Houses of Multiple Occupation. Peter is known for his excellent market knowledge and his constant drive to offer the best possible service to his clients.
Peter’s sister, Sarah, joined Kingsleigh from the outset and was an integral part of the initial set up of the company. Sarah previously worked as a manager in insurance before having children and worked in schools whilst they were younger to enable her to enjoy school holidays with them. Predominantly working behind the scenes, Sarah’s fastidious nature ensures that all things admin, compliance, and training are kept up to date. Sarah also works alongside for the letting side of the business.
Jo ConeSales Manager
Lawford born and bred, Jo is our font of local knowledge. Jo previously worked in the corporate world before joining Kingsleigh in 2018; she has over 30 years’ experience in the property industry and there is little that she hasn’t come across before in sales transactions. Known for her superb knowledge and her regular client updates, Jo’s personable and professional approach means that she will do everything within her power to ensure that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible.

Sarah T joined the Kingsleigh in 2019, having previously worked for 21 years in the financial sector in the City of London. Known as our resident wordsmith, Sarah’s attention to detail and flair for language ensure that each property is marketed at its very best with bespoke brochures selling a lifestyle as much as a home. Sarah’s excellent communication skills and her local knowledge of Dedham and surrounding villages make her a great asset to the Kingsleigh team.
Ben AllenTrainee Sales Negotiator
Ben joined Kingsleigh in 2021, having previously been with us for work experience in 2018. He is Sarah’s son, making Kingsleigh a real family business.
