I am a sole proprietor that specialises in residential lettings in the Ipswich, Stowmarket and surrounding areas. I have 30 years experience in the customer service industry, including 20 years experience in the property sector. I know I have to be better than - and different to, the competitors. That's why, unlike the others, I will work 7 days a week and Bank Holidays for my clients, evenings also if required by arranged appointement. I use a professional photographer to take the photographs of my client's properties. All my tenancy agreements are drafted by a specialist local solicitor. I also do the things my competitors do, I advertise on a national property website which itself advertises on the national media. Most importantly, I get to know what my landlords and my tenants are looking for, so that I match a potential tenant to a potential landlord. I don't want to send you tenants who don't meet your criteria, nor do I want to waste your time sending you a potential tenant who is not really looking for the type of property you have. My terms depend on the level of input you need from me. I specialise in property management but am happy to tailor a package depending on your individual needs.
